You’re Invited: A Community Conversation on Anger, Justice, and Listening Across Divides

Dear Friends,

I am an angry Black woman. Not all that I am, but a part of me I want to address. Anger, when held with clarity, can be a force for justice. But it can also cloud our ability to listen, connect, and discern.

In my recent blog post, “Notes from an Angry Black Woman”, I reflect on my own anger—where it comes from, what it protects, and what it risks. I wrestle with hard questions: Can I hold my anger without becoming the thing I resist? Can I stay open to those who have harmed me? What does justice require of me?
